Frederick Thomas Fisher, (3 June 1872, England- ??) was a Gunner's Mate in the United States Navy who received the Medal of Honor for "distinguishing himself in the presence of the enemy", aboard U.S.S. Philadelphia during the Philippine-American War on 1 April 1899. His medal was rewarded him by President Theodore Roosevelt
