Frederick John Parker (born September 6, 1927) is a retired track and field sprinter, who represented Great Britain in the men's 110m hurdles at two consecutive Summer Olympics (1952 and 1956).
He won the silver medal at the 1954 European Championships in Berne, Switzerland in the men's 110 metres hurdles, behind Yevgeniy Bulanchik (Soviet Union).
