Frederick Ma

Frederick Ma Si-hang (馬時亨) is currently the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong. He was appointed to his current position in July, 2007. Mr Ma was Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury from July 2002 to June 2007.

Ma was previously Group Chief Financial Officer of PCCW Limited and before then a private banker with JP Morgan Private Bank, part of JP Morgan Chase.
