Frederick Henderson

Frederick "Fritz" Henderson (born November 29, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan) is currently the President & Chief Operating Officer of General Motors Corporation. He has been with the company since 1984. Mr. Henderson had previously served as the CFO of GM and assumed his current position in late 2007. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
