Frederick Elam

Frederick William Elam was a first class cricketer who played 2 matches for Yorkshire County Cricket Club, against Nottinghamshire CCC in 1900 and Worcestershire CCC in 1902. He played for Yorkshire Second XI as late as 1919.
A right handed batsman, he scored 48 runs at 24 with a best of 28 at Trent Bridge. His right arm fast medium bowling was not called upon.
Born on September 13, 1871 in Hunslet, Yorkshire he died on March 19, 1943 in Headingley, Leeds.
