Frederic L. Chapin

Frederic Lincoln Chapin (13 July 1929 – 8 September 1989) was a United States diplomat. He was the ambassador to Ethiopia and Guatemala.[1] He was the son of Selden Chapin, United States ambassador to the Netherlands, Peru and Iran.
