Freddy Bienstock is an American music publisher.

Freddy Bienstock was born on April 24, 1928. He was born in Austria and immigrated to the United States just before World War II with his brother Johnny Bienstock, who later founded Big Top Records.

Currently Freddy is the CEO and President of Carlin Music and Carlin America, and is on the board of directors of ASCAP. He originally worked in the stock room of Chappel Music. Later, he became a Song Plugger. Eventually, he became one of Elvis Presley's closest advisers. In 1966 he started Carlin Music, named after his daughter, Caroline.
