Fred Sanford (baseball)

John Frederick Sanford (August 9, 1919 in Garfield, Utah), is a retired professional baseball player who was a pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1943-1951. He played for the New York Yankees, Washington Senators, and St. Louis Browns.
