Fred Junior Miller, Jr. (born February 6, 1973 in Houston, Texas) is an American football offensive tackle who is currently a free agent. He was originally drafted by the St. Louis Rams in the fifth round of the 1996 NFL Draft. He played college football at Baylor.

In 2005, Chicago Bears teammate Olin Kreutz broke Miller's jaw in an altercation. Both players were fined $50,000 by the NFL. On February 18, 2008 the Bears released him.
