[edit] Barnstar
Thanks for the barnstar! Computerjoe's talk 16:01, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thank you
I appreciate your comments about my userpage...but most of the credit goes to Phaedriel who designed the layout...all I have done is add to the existing template she used for the page. Anyway, thanks again, and hope you have a fine day. Happy editing!--MONGO 16:24, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
- I appreciate your understanding for the proposal of deletion of your psychology student template. I think the userboxes are now more organized. Any comments are welcome, Louie 16:10, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks for the barnstar...
...It's nice to see that people appreciate a bit of minimalism (even if it includes evil HTML mangling >:D ) May I ask how you happened across my user page? It's strange to receive an award out of the blue... -- grm_wnr Esc 17:31, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
- That's cool - Honestly, I couldn't answer that question as well for most user pages I come across. I just wondered. Keep up the good work, the Whatlinkshere list of that barnstar is becoming a nice list of interesting user pages! -- grm_wnr Esc 08:30, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but I'd like to point you Here. The majority of the conversation was about me, but it involves you. Just letting you know in case you want to respond for the record (it helps to show evidence also, like I did), since I dont recall you harassing her as she says. 93 Zos 17:59, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

Ooh, ta! Made my day, that did! Thanks! :o) ➨ ЯЄDVERS 19:18, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hello
I've taken the liberty to remove a deleted template from your user page; hope you don't mind. :) Regards, Sango123 (e) 19:28, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Magick
Perhaps you should put in a request to have that new article on Magick moved into place? Or since you are the sole author, you could cut & paste to intergrate it into Magick. Other people have been trying to work on that terrible article... See the talk page. We want to move the improved article into place and contribute to it instead of the bad one.... -999 01:30, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Barnstar
Thanks for the barnstar! I only noticed it just now when I went to that page... coincidentally enough, I'm revamping that section at the moment as part of a general touch-up :-). Good to know I wasn't just wasting my time... --Sam Blanning(talk) 12:48, 30 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for the barnstar, I just noticed it! It is always a pleasure to be recognized (we are all vain, vain creatures, after all :). Kudos!--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 19:38, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the barnstar on my user page! It feels old now so I guess I'll have to revamp into something new... :) - Tεxτurε 15:11, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for mine too! Nice to have positive feedback about things. :) violet/riga (t) 20:15, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Aleister Crowley article
I'm awaiting a comment on the talk page under the header "Frater5". I'd appreciate a response. Thanks. Zos 02:04, 16 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks for the barnstar
Hi, Frater5, thanks for the barnstar you gave me for my user page. I didn't notice it at first, because my awards page is just a sub page of my user page, and I think I wasn't watching it at the time. In any case, I must confess I don't really deserve it, because it's all stolen from other people. I saw the box saying "please click here to leave a message on my talk page" on Mel Etitis's user page, and stole that. Then I noticed that Trevor macinnis had something similar on his page, but without the horrible arrow that you get when you link to a complete URL rather than to an internal page, and I asked him how to get rid of the arrow, and he did it for me. Then I saw this, and I asked Carnildo could he make my page pale yellow. SlimVirgin saw my request, and changed the colour herself. Then, I saw RexNL's user page, and copied from that, leaving the box I had stolen from Mel, and the colour that SlimVirgin had done for me. I wanted one extra subpage, so I added that, knowing that it would ruin the formatting, since I hadn't a clue how to do it. I left a note in the edit summary, encouraging any of my friends to fix the formatting, and Jkelly fixed it for me. So I really can't take any of the credit for myself!
Thanks anyway. It's a great idea (and very original) to have a barnstar for good user pages. Cheers. AnnH ♫ 22:26, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thelema
I notice from reading the talk page of this article that much of the current form of the article was worked out in a compromise between you and 999 (who appears to be on wikibreak). I'm wondering if you are inclined to defend this article from the introduction of a bias against Rabelaisian Thelemites by Dan. —Hanuman Das 05:50, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry...I've been on a bit of a break myself. I'm not sure who "Rabelaisian Thelemites" are. I've never really heard the term before 999's edit, and I can't find any reference to them online. So, I'm not sure what there is to defend. If you can give me some objective data to look to, I'd be happy to make sure the article stays NPOV. –Frater5 (talk/con) 19:39, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Turning Tide
I've been a practicing Thelemite for a year now, but am deeply concerned with the fascist policies of the US, and indeed governments around the globe. Do you think the tide will be turning soon, and how do you think all of this fits into the "Aeon of Horus" and so forth? --72.226.218.165 02:03, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- Well, that's a big question. I am not much of a prognosticator, so I can't really say what will happen with any given government. My general opinion is that the meta-direction of humanity, viewed at the scale of centuries (and even decades), shows a steady increase towards individual freedom. With this inevitable movement comes the equally inevitable reaction. The War of the Aeon is not against governments per se, but against Old Aeon beliefs and values from which spring oppression and tyranny. Personally, I believe that the recent election of the numerous progressives this midterm is a sign that people are waking up from the neoconservative dream...while no political party is perfect, they are a definite movement back towards sanity after the nightmare of the GOP-ruled congress. I'm not sure if this is the answer you are looking for, but in these regards I'm certainly no wiser than yourself. –Frater5 (talk/con) 04:02, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WikiProject
I'm wondering if you wouldnt mind me adding WikiProject Thelema as a parent project to a WikiProject I just created: Wikipedia:WikiProject Occult? SynergeticMaggot 03:59, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
- On another note. I created Portal:Thelema. When you get a chance, let me know what you think. SynergeticMaggot 21:12, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Help w/ Thelema
I have an interest in Thelema, and it is growing every time I read something about it... the philosophy makes sense. I have a question though. To be a Thelemite, does one have to worship all of the various magical dieties described in Crowley texts? Because, while those fascinate me and I continue to be interested in them, I do not believe in them. However, the philosophy makes sense to me. So can I be considered a Thelemite?
Sorry if that sounds confusing — zorkmid EA 21:14, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
