[edit] Franklin College, New Athens, Ohio

The following comment was left while the subject of this article was the former Franklin College of New Athens, Ohio. Because that college was assumed by Muskingum College and subsequently closed, and because the present Franklin College in Indiana is more notable, the subject of this article has changed. For more information on Ohio's former Franklin College, see Muskingum College.

Sorry for the sub-stub. I was doing research for William Lawrence (Ohio) and encountered info on his alma mater from the source listed in the external links. Because I'm still researching William Lawrence, I don't have time at present to write even a stub article on Franklin College, but I wanted to get the info out there so that I or someone else may write it later. -SwissCelt 01:21, 31 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit] This needs to be a Disambiguation page

Since there are three or four previous and current Franklin Colleges, this page needs to be a disambigutaion page. Anyone have an objection to that?--Roswell native 18:35, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
