Several sources say he was the Frank Worrell the first black cricket captain: this article says he was the first to captain the West Indies cricket team for an entire series. Who then did it before him? Or is this an error? --GwydionM 20:42, 21 March 2006 (UTC)

I've upped the WP Cricket importance rating to "high". As the first regularly appointed black West Indian captain, and a highly successful one, he was a major figure in the history of West Indian cricket. JH (talk page) 20:12, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
