Francisco del Ponte" (an Italianized version of his name) That's incorrect. The name is Francesco del Ponte but the italianized version of his name of VDB would be Francesco del Pantalone—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 87.5.79.104 (talk) 12:32, October 10, 2006

I've modified the "del Ponte" comment. You should remember to sign your posts though. --Armchair ninja 13:47, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
That is an utter lie. Del Ponte is the correct italianisation. Leptictidium (mammal talk!) 23:16, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Sources

I have removed a source from cycling4all.com as per WP:RS. cycling4all is an interesting website to read and it is clear the editor/writer puts in a lot of time. However, as there is no editorial oversight and is itself a collection of news, doesn't really qualify as a reliable source. Moreover, if a source is noted there, then it will have been noted by a reliable news source first elsewhere. --Mk3severo 22:39, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
