[edit] Parkway and Pass
He seems to have at least part of a road named after him, the A1139 in Peterborough. Unless it's a different Frank Perkins. Here's a news article [1] that mentions it.
Also, would be good to link "pass degree" to a page elaborating on what that means. (I suppose it needs a source as well.) Open4D (talk) 17:45, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
