Wotwotaki: Wikipedia has a policy, called "Notability," about which people should be allowed to have articles written about them. The violinist named Frank Huang I am writing about is notable, which means he has been written about in numerous articles in major newspapers and magazines (which I will cite as I continue working on the article). He has given concerts worldwide and has made solo recordings on major-label CDs. I gather that you are 10 or 11 years old. You are probably smart and make good grades, but (as of now) that doesn't make you notable! I request that you let the "Frank Huang" article be about the violinist.

If you want to write about yourself and your interests (like Pokémon) and communicate your thoughts to others on the internet, there are many ways to do this: a personal page, a blog, a newsgroup, etc., etc. Even on Wikipedia, many people write about themselves on their talk pages, although Wikipedia policy discourages this. You really shouldn't redirect your talk page to an article entitled "Frank Huang," though. Articles are reserved for notable topics.

By the way, if you think your Pokémon remarks are important, and their content has already appeared elsewhere in reliable published sources, you can edit the Pokémon article or add to its talk page.
