[edit] It is ridiculous to state that Frank Hogan is a 'non notable' person!

Strong Keep Frank Hogan is not only a NOTABLE person, but he is a LEGEND in the history of New York City! Mr. Hogan served as the District Attorney of New York County (Manhattan) for almost 32 years, and his office prosecuted some of the most important criminal cases in the history of the United States! Some of the most influential lawyers and judges in America today got their start while serving as Assistant District Attorneys under Frank Hogan! In fact, as stated in the article, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office is located at One Hogan Place (aka 100 Centre Street) in New York. I don't think the City of New York would name the offices of the Manhattan Distict Attorney after a 'non notable' person! --Jerskine 11:57, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
