[edit] Disappearing content
What just happened here? --Falcadore (talk) 00:37, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
- Oh yuck, I messed this up. It appeared to be a cut-and-past mover to Frank Gardner (driver) where the user started a new page here. I moved the history there to reunify it. However, the content was not original—it was cut-and-paste from Frank Gardner (journalist), where the talk page indicates some editors think the journalist should be the primary topic.
- I'm just going to turn this into a disambiguation and fix all of the links referring to the driver. Cool Hand Luke 01:52, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

- Thanks Luke, there's over 75 btw. I've spent the last week fixing links because five V8 Supercar teams changed their names, some to the names other teams were using - fixing links has my patience worn a little thin at the moment. Apologies if I sound testy. --Falcadore (talk) 01:57, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

- No problem—I'm not pleased either. They should have suggested this on WP:MOVE rather than try to do it unilaterally via cut-and-paste, but I do believe disambiguation is the correct result. I don't have time to fix all of these now, but I'll put a dent into it. A couple of them refer to the journalist. Cool Hand Luke 02:02, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

- I think I've caught all the rest (in the article namespace). DH85868993 (talk) 05:11, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
