[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:DeVitaStop.jpg
Image:DeVitaStop.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 00:36, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Is Italian his native language?
I know he was born in Venezuela, but he moved to Italy at the age of 3, around the time a child begins acquiring their native language. As a result, I wonder, is Italian his native language, and he did he therefore not learn Spanish until the age of 13 when he returned to Venezuela?205.246.153.217 (talk) 00:56, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Gay?
De Vita is often rumored to be gay, due to the fact that one of his songs, "Rosa O Clavel", talks about accepting gays as they are, as well as the fact that in most of his songs it is ambiguous whether he is talking to a man or to a woman. The Spanish language has different adjectives for male and female, and yet De Vita almost completely avoids using these adjectives to as to make it impossible to know whether he is talking to a man or a woman.
This is unreferenced. Also, just because he defends gay community in a song or composes unisex-dedicated songs, doesn't mean he is gay. Consequently, if the above text cannot be verified, it has to be deleted. --Twicemost (talk) 07:25, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Because no one replied, and because the information is still unreferenced, I am deleting it. But if you can find reliable sources stating that Franco is gay, the feel free to re-add it. Until then, please, do not add original research to the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Twicemost (talk • contribs) 00:45, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
