[edit] 1946 Spanish Championshipship
Both Sunnucks and Golombek/Keene say that Pérez won the Spanish Championship in 1946 as well as 1948, 1954, and 1960. I think that the 1946 date is in error. It doesn't agree with our Spanish Chess Championship page, and Whyld only gives the later three championships (not 1946). Both Sunnucks and Golombek/Keene have Arturo Pomar as the Spanish champion in 1946 which I think is correct, and don't explain why there should be two champions that year. I suspect that either Keene copied Sunnucks' mistake or they were both working from the same faulty source. Quale (talk) 00:33, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
