The initial edit of Francis (after the renaming of the former article to Francis (actor)) was replacement of the renaming-created redirect with a disambiguation text. That text was composed by User:Patricknoddy, who improperly pasted it over Francis without first renaming Francis. --Jerzy, 19 September 2004

It appears the vandalism which this page suffered from in July has been blocked at the source, so you might want to consider removing the protection. Meanwhile, a line of content could be added by someone who is not anonymous (between the lines of the German and Greek names is perhaps the most logical location for it):
