I found this at http://www.toonboom.com/company/newsletter.php I believe it should be okay because it is a small, general press image designed to promote the film Franklin and Granny's Secret. I have now tagged it under fair use. Agent0042 05:10, 1 February 2006 (UTC)

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.
