Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because the photo and its historical significance are the object of discussion in the article. Most people know him only from one film, "Angels with dirty faces" (1938), so his name is not readily recognized. The general public will only know him when they see his IMAGE.

I don't know what else I'm supposed to do to prove I have every legal right to upload this image. It is NOT copyrighted, it IS public domain AND I possess written permission to freely use this image by the immediate family. When there is no copyright, what does one do?
