The station decides to set up focus groups to give their radio hosts insight into how their audience see them, and Frasier can't let one critic go; Niles and Daphne have an invigorating interaction.

It's the third anniversary of Frasier's first radio show, and listening to a tape of it brings Frasier both a flashback, as well as some insights about family.
