Fraser Milligan (born 1989-04-19 in Dundee) is a Scottish footballer who currently plays for Dundee United. Milligan made his professional début on December 01, 2007 in the 1-0 defeat to Inverness CT, coming on as a 79th-minute substitute.
Milligan has been at United since the age of eight, first attending the Jim McLean Coaching School then graduating to Dundee United's Youth Initiative set-up at 12. He was a pupil at Grove Academy, in Broughty Ferry. He can play at right back or wide right in midfield where he can best show his pace and skill on the ball.
