Franziska Hagemann (born 3 February 1989 in Ribnitz-Damgarten) is a German football midfielder. She currently plays for 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam.

Hagemann began her career at SG Einheit Bad Sülze. She joined the academy of 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam in 2002. Hagemann has won the German girls championship in 2005 and 2006. She then joined the reserve team and played in the second division.
