Franz-Josef Hutsch

Franz-Josef Hutsch (born in 1963 in Aachen) is a German war reporter. He was First Lieutenant of the Bundeswehr until 1995 when he decided to finish his studies of political science. He was a defence witness in the trial at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague against Slobodan Milošević.
