František Raboň (born September 26, 1983 in Prague) is a Czech road racing cyclist for UCI ProTeam Team High Road.

Raboň turned pro in 2006 with German outfit T-Mobile Team, after having been European road champion the previous season and 3 times Czech Under 23 time trial and one time road race champion.

He was the first rider to ride in the 2006 Giro d'Italia prologue.
