František Kaberle (pronounced [ˈfrancɪʃɛk ˈkabɛrlɛ]) (born November 8, 1973 in Kladno, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman who plays for the Carolina Hurricanes in the National Hockey League (NHL) During the 2005–06 season he won his first Stanley Cup with the Carolina Hurricanes. Previously, he played for the Los Angeles Kings and Atlanta Thrashers. Kaberle was drafted 76th overall the 1999 NHL Entry Draft by the Kings. His brother Tomáš Kaberle plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and his father, František Kaberle, Sr. used to play for the Czech national ice hockey team as well. Both of the Kaberle brothers were named to the Czech national ice hockey team for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy.

Kaberle won the Stanley Cup in the 2005–2006 hockey season with the Carolina Hurricanes. He scored a goal in the 2nd period of Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Edmonton Oilers, which would turn out to be the game and Stanley Cup winning goal.

During the off-season before the 2006–2007 season, Kaberle suffered a shoulder injury, and was placed on the injured reserve September 13, 2006. He was removed from the injured reserve on February 6, 2007 and scored the game winner that same night.

František Kaberle won the Ice Hockey World Championships five times: in 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2005. In 2006, he won the bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Turin.

František Kaberle married his wife Kateřina on May 30, 1998. They have a daughter named Francesca.
