Frans Parsons

Frans Parsons is a South African rugby league player for the Northern Bulls in the Tom van Vollenhoven Cup. He has also played for the South Africa national rugby league team. His position of choice is at tighthead prop.Frans also captained both the bulls as well as the South African team.he is also the most capped captain for the Bulls side.
