Franciscus "Frans" Fidelio Joseph Hin (born January 29, 1906 in Haarlem - died March 6, 1968 in Haarlem) was a Dutch sailor who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.
He was a crew member of the Dutch boat Beatrijs III, which won the gold medal in the 12 foot dinghy.
He won this competition together with his father Cornelis Hin and his older brother Johan Hin.
He became the youngest "man" to win a gold medal at the 1920 Olympic games aged 14 years 163 days.
