Frans Andriessen (born April 2, 1929) was a senior Dutch politician.
In 1967 he was first elected member of Tweede Kamer, the lower house of the Dutch parliament, as representative of Katholieke Volkspartij (KVP). From 1971 to 1977 he was leader of the KVP. He served as Minister of Finance (1977-1980) and European Commissioner (1981-1993).
