Franklin House

Franklin House may apply to any of the following:
- Franklin House (London, UK) - Benjamin Franklin's house in London, near Trafalgar Square, where he resided between 1757 and 1775. One of the last remaining residences of Dr. Franklin. See also Benjamin Franklin House.
- Franklin House (San Diego, CA) - Established in 1855 by Lewis and Maurice Franklin, the Franklin House was the first three-story building in Old Town San Diego. Maurice and his wife Victoria Jacobs Franklin had two sons, Abraham and Selim Maurice, while residing at Franklin House. The Franklin House no longer standing by 1928.
- Franklin House (San Francisco, CA) - Built in 1852 by brothers Edward and Selim Franklin, auctioneers, land agents, and mining outfitters.
- Franklin House (Tucson, AZ) - Built in 1892 by attorney Selim Maurice Franklin and his wife, Henrietta Herring Franklin. The house is currently owned by grandson Chris Carroll. House tours are available by appointment.
- Franklin House (Tasmania, AUS) - A Georgian house of Australian cedar built in 1838 for Britton Jones, a Launceston brewer and innkeeper. It was later a school for boys. The house and gardens are located in Franklin Village, Tasmania, and available to public tours.
- Franklin House (Low Gap, NC) - The Edwards-Franklin House was built by Gideon Edwards in 1799 and later occupied by Congressman Meshack Franklin. Purchased and restored by the Surry County Historical Society in 1973, the house is open to visitors.
- Franklin House (Franklin, TN) - 1899 farmhouse style bed and breakfast listed on the National Register of Historic Places and located near Historic Main Street of downtown Franklin and the Carter House Civil War Museum.
- Franklin House (Athens, GA) - the three-story structure was initially built in 1845, and was also known as the Old Athens Hotel and the Athens Hardware Company.
- Franklin House (Alton, IL) -one of the finest hotels to ever open in Alton was first constructed in 1836 as the Alton Marine & Fire Insurance Building and later the First National Bank & Trust Company. The building later became the Franklin House hotel around 1840 and gained a reputation for riverboat travelers along the Mississippi River.
