Franklin Harford Spence

Franklin Harford Spence was an Ontario druggist, optometrist and political figure. He represented Fort William in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1923 to 1934 and from 1937 to 1943 as a Conservative member.
He was the son of James Edward Spence and was educated in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and at Toronto University. In 1907, he married Ethel Greve McCarthy. Spence served on the Fort William city council.
