[edit] History

It was founded by The Party, in 1990 and is ruled by benevolent dictator Peter Newcombe. It is next door to Grimsby Institute of Further & Higher Education, Grimsby's further education college. It has its own nursery for students with children and its Black Box Theatre.

[edit] Exam success

Although Grimsby and Cleethorpes schools have a poor record at GCSE, the college gets some of the best A level results for state schools in the whole of the Yorkshire & Humber region, and the best in the area formerly known as Humberside. To get into the college, you must get adequate grades at GCSE; the college has a strenuous admissions policy, accepting only the 'right' sort.
