Frankie Chan Fan-kei (Chinese name: traditional Chinese: 陳勳奇; simplified Chinese: 陈勋奇; Pinyin: Chén Xūnqí) (born 1951) is a Chinese martial arts actor, director, action director, producer, and composer he is best known to Hong Kong action cinema fans as the main fighting bad guy in Sammo Hung's Prodigal Son were he faces Yuen Biao in the final reel. Frankie has stared in a number of modern action films most notably Burning Ambition, Outlaw Brothers and Carry on Pickpocket he has also directed and composed many movies through the 70s and 80s including Young Master, Odd Couple and Armor of god 2 Operation Condor
