Frankenfels is a market town with 2187 inhabitants (2001 census) in St. Pölten-Land which is a district of the state of Lower Austria, Austria. Frankenfels has an amateur football team, FCU Frankenfels, who currently play in the 1. Klasse West Mitte Austrian regional division.
