Frank Wagner (1955-) is a Republican member of the Senate of Virginia, representing the 7th District since 2002. Previously he was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 1992 to 2001. His focus and expertise is on energy policy.
Wagner was born at a USAF Base in England, and educated at the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S. in Ocean Engineering). He is the co-owner/vice president of Davis Boatworks and served in the U.S. Navy from 1973 through 1982.
