Frank Spangler (resides in Texas) is a former Lieutenant of the Los Angeles Police Department. His most notable case as the Commander of the West Los Angeles Police Department was the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
He testified in the murder trial as well as in the civil trial. Both against O.J. Simpson.
He was also the one that let Mark Furman go from the LAPD.
