Frank Simms is an American singer and voice-over artist known for providing the voices behind such iconic characters as the Kool-Aid Man and the Honeycomb Craver, the bug-eyed, fuzzy mascot of Honeycomb cereal. He is one of the founding members and songwriters of the The Simms Brothers Band. He performs the weekly theme song for TV Funhouse on Saturday Night Live. He's recorded with dozens of artists beginning in the seventies.

Simms provides background vocals on David Bowie's "Let's Dance", "Modern Love", and "China Girl"; Billy Joel's River of Dreams album, and Madonna's Material Girl. He has also appeared with INXS, Chaka Khan, Al Green, Elvis Costello, Brian Wilson, Carly Simon, Cyndi Lauper, Jeff Beck, Philip Bailey, Laurie Anderson, Chic, William Burroughs, Ace Frehley, The Psychedelic Furs, Dionne Warwick, Roberta Flack,and Harry Chapin among others. He sings for the Emmy winning PBS shows Dragontales and Between the Lions. His voice may be heard on the films Working Girl, Anastasia, David Bowie's Serious Moonlight Tour DVD, and Mickey Blue Eyes. He has toured internationally with various artists.

After much album/CD work, he began a career in voice-overs and character acting for films and TV, including spots for Global Gillette, Saturday Night Live, Jell-O, Nickelodeon, Sirius Radio, Ford, and Alka-Seltzer. His voice may be heard on the video games Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is an active member and officer of AFTRA, the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. He currently resides in Darien, Connecticut with his wife and son. On January 26, 2008 Frank, along with Chris Arbisi and Terry Thomas performed at the grand opening of Its a Grind Coffee in Robinsville, New Jersey. A song Frank wrote with Arbisi, entitled "Its a Grind", was picked up by the Long Beach, California coffee chain, to be featured in all of their stores nationwide.
