Frank Romano is an American songwriter, music producer and guitarist.
He is the son of music teachers and a formal student of classical guitar. Influenced by bands like Kiss to Earth, Wind and Fire, his musical style tends to lean towards a synthesis of funk and new beats .
Romano has toured with Rob Thomas, Musiq Soulchild, and T-Pain and many more. As a session musician, he has worked on albums from Mary J. Blige,Destiny’s Child, Jill Scott, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, and Mario. He has also recorded licks such as Joe’s "Ride Wit U" ft. G-Unit and P. Diddy’s "I Need a Girl pt. 2" and Musiq’s "Half Crazy".[citation needed]
He has been recognized for his work as a member of ASCAP.
