Frank Roche (born July 11, 1959) is an American writer and businessman. He is the author of Know HR, co-owner of iFractal LCC[1] with Sarah Chambers, and a regularly-featured speaker on HR matters.[2] He presented at WorldatWork's 2007 national conference on "HR Consulting or Corporate: Which is the Right Choice for You?"[3] He was named One of the Top 25 HR Influencers in 2007[4] by HR World Magazine.

He has won several Gold Quill Awards of Merit from IABC, the ACE[disambiguation needed] Grand Award and Award of Excellence and the APEX grand Award.[5] He has been interviewed on HR matters in the U.S. and through Europe, and has been quoted in over 100 publications.[6] [7]
