Frank Riley (author)

Frank Riley (1915-1996) was the pseudonym of Frank Rhylick an American science fiction author best known for co-writing They'd Rather Be Right, which won the Hugo Award for Best Novel. He also did short fiction. His entire writing career occurred from 1955 to 1958.
