Frank Quinn

Frank Quinn is a professor of mathematics at Virginia Tech, with seminal contributions to the mathematical field of 4-manifolds, including a proof of the 4-dimensional annulus theorem. A pioneer of the use of controlled methods in the surgery theory of higher-dimensional manifolds.
