Frank Padavan

Frank Padavan is a New York politician who represents District 11, located in Queens County.
First elected to the State Senate in 1972, he currently serves as the Vice-President Pro Tempore of that body. In 2004 he was appointed to co-chair the New York State Senate Task Force on Government Reform. He is also the former chair of the Senate Committee on Cities as well as the Senate Majority Task Force on Immigration. From 1977-1987 he served as Chairman of the Mental Hygiene and Addiction Control Committee.
