Frank Manhardt

Frank Manhardt is a character at HBO drama Oz played by Frank Senger.

When Emerald City reopened, Manhardt was one of the four Bikers allowed in. Manhardt was the Biker representant at Tim McManus's concil and used to work at the mail with Vernon Schillinger. While delivering the mail, Manhardt got into an argument with Kareem Said. He also declined to kill Tobias Beecher at Schillinger's request. When Jaz Hoyt arrived and took over the bikers, Manhardt is never seen again.
