Frank Keenan (born c. 1952) is a famous former hurling player from Camross in County Laois, Ireland.
He won his first Laois Senior Hurling Championship medal with his club Camross in 1968 at 16 years of age and his last in 1980 - a total of ten Laois senior hurling titles.
Keenan was a member of Laois's All-Ireland SHC "B" winning teams of 1977 and 1979.
Frank won a Leinster Club Hurling Championship medal in 1976 with Camross and a Railway Cup medal with Leinster in 1979.
