Frank I. Osborne

Frank I. Osborne was a North Carolina politician and attorney who served as mayor of Charlotte, North Carolina (1879-1880), as a state senator, and as North Carolina Attorney General (1893-1897).

In 1901, though he was a Democrat, Republican President Theodore Roosevelt appointed Osborne an associate justice of the United States Court of Private Land Claims.
