Frank Farrar

Frank Leroy Farrar (b. 2 April 1929 in Britton) was the twenty-fourth Governor of South Dakota. Farrar, a Republican from Britton, South Dakota, served as attorney general from 1963 to 1969 and as governor from 1969 to 1971.
