Frank Cownie

Frank Cownie is the current mayor of Des Moines, Iowa in the United States. He owns a fur store name Cownie Furs. He served as an at-large member of the city council prior to being elected Mayor. On December 2nd, 2007, he announced his endorsement of Senator Barack Obama in the 2008 presidential election.
