Frank Costa (American football)

Frank Costa is a former American football quarterback for the University of Miami from 1993 to 1994. Despite receiving criticism for being the weak part of an otherwise strong team [1], Costa finished his college career with a record of 19-4 as a starter, including a memorable win against top-ranked rival Florida State on October 8, 1994 [2].
